I am going to talk about a subject called “Diagnóstico de Dificultades en Procesos de Lectura y Escritura”. As you can imagine from its name, this subject was about how to treat the difficulties that little children can find when they are learning how to read and write. The teacher was very practical, she showed a lot of examples, she didn’t like theory. She seemed to be very prepared for teaching this subject, but we had some problems because she didn’t attend class frequently, even we had another teacher at the end of the subject. Of course, we had an exam and we had to hand many individual and group works in to increase our final mark. This subject had a lot of information in the virtual campus. The attendance wasn’t obligatory, but it was necessary to understand the problems in the process of acquiring the reading and the writing. I would recommend this subject to my partners because, as future teachers, you should know how to deal with these kind of problems. In my opinion, it was a very useful subject. You had to work, but finally the subject was easy to pass.
