“LA ALIMENTACIÓN HUMANA Y SU TRATAMIENTO EN LA ESCUELA”
This subject is very interesting. The contents that I have studied are related mainly to Biology and in the last part of the course some didactic aspects are included too. The teacher is very good and offers us good explanations. Attendance is not obligatory, but the teacher prefers the students to go and sometimes takes the register. There is an exam, but the most important element to get a good mark is a workbook where we have to include all the things studied and the exercises we are supposed to have done. My personal opinion about this subject is very positive since you can learn useful information that is very interesting for your daily life.

It’s an optional subject about nutrition. Most lessons are both theorical and practical and the teacher is very nice and he explains the contents very clearly. There is a very easy exam because you know the questions before taking the exam. Moreover, the exam is only a forty per cent of the final mark. Because of this, you have to prepare a summary about what you are learning in the lessons, so you need to attend to them. Finally, you must do a work about a diet, showing what you eat during a week. This work and the summary are the most important parts of the mark. Although I wasn’t interested in this subject, it’s very useful to prevent anorexia and bulimia and to work on children’s self – esteem at school. Laura Gamella (Description of the same subject)
